What counts as a Tracked Term (keyword combination)?

• One Term is 1 keyword tracked for 1 URL on 1 search engine.
• Every URL/Keyword/Search-Engine combination counts as one.
• Each Local combination (different location) or Mobile combination (other than desktop) counts as one.
• An exception - Both organic desktop and "snack pack" for the same search counts as one.
• AI tracking uses 2 Terms per prompt (prompt + URL + platform/location = 2 Terms).

What does unlimited URLs mean?

• Unlimited URLs means that there is no term restriction per URL (website/video/listing).
• Therefore, the actual URL number is unlimited up to the plan's terms (keyword combination) capacity, in the case of tracking 1 term per 1 URL.

What currencies do you accept?

• Our rank tracker pricing base currency is USD, but we accept payments in: EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF, CLP, CNY, COP, CZK, DKK, HKD, INR, JPY, MXN, NZD, PLN, RUB, SEK and SGD.
• The price will be displayed in your currency on the payment window.

What if I want to switch my plan in the future?

• You can switch plans (upgrade or downgrade) at any time.
• For upgrades, first, you’ll pay a prorated amount (the difference between the plans for the rest of the current billing cycle), and on the next payment date – the full new plan’s amount.
• For downgrades, there are no prorated refunds/credits offered.

Am I obligated to long-term contracts? Can I cancel at any time?

• No, there are no long-term contracts which makes our tool very viable for small and medium-sized agency rank tracking businesses.
• You pay for each month upfront, so the minimum commitment is one month (or year if you choose annual).
• You can cancel or downgrade your plan at any time. However, there are no prorated refunds or credits offered when canceling or downgrading a plan.
